Product Lifecycle Policy for Verimatrix Cybersecurity Products

For on-prem versions
Verimatrix offers support services for on-prem versions of our cybersecurity products and services (XTD, Code Shield and Key Shield) as set forth in this policy. Support will be provided to customers with an active subscription to products listed above. The scope of these services is defined in the applicable agreement.
Our product support includes the last three major (X) or point (Y) releases using version format X.Y.Z. We recommend that you update to the latest version of the software in order to avoid issues with an earlier version.
For on-prem and cloud versions
We support 3-years of iOS and Android software updates.
We endeavor to provide at least 6-months-prior notice before we end-of-life (EOL) products.
Beta releases can be made available for early testing of the latest features. For clarity, beta releases are not meant for production use and standard SLA does not apply.
Verimatrix will not provide any support for third party products that may be used during the operation of Verimatrix products (e.g. operating systems, development tools, etc.).
Verimatrix reserves the right to make changes to its Cybersecurity Product Lifecycle Policy and we therefore urge you to periodically review the policy. We have no obligation to notify you directly of any changes to this policy. Nothing in this document shall create a warranty, either express or implied, and nothing herein shall alter the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable license agreement.
