Securing the Right Mix of Talent at Verimatrix

For example, because operators are increasingly adopting over-the-top (OTT) video, our recent hires have a much higher ratio of background in OTT markets. The evolving pay-TV landscape has also contributed to an uptake in entry level recruits, who, whether they have freshly graduated or are transitioning from completely separate industries, offer fresh perspectives on the industry as it moves toward a more software-centric and adaptable future.
This interesting and positive shift in team dynamics will help our company yield more innovative ideas and ultimately help us better serve our customers.
