Programa de Formacion Online
El programa de formación online Verimatrix University consiste en varios cursos estructurados y optimizados para proporcionar a sus participantes con el conocimiento requerido para instalar y operar la plataforma VCAS 3, y para maximizar el rendimiento y la eficiencia de cualquier instalación.
Los cursos online están disponibles para todos los clientes pre-autorizados de Verimatrix, empresas colaboradoras de tecnología, integradores de sistemas y resellers.
El primer curso, VCAS 3 Core, es obligatorio y debe ser completado antes de iniciar otros cursos sobre otras soluciones específicas.
Una vez completado un curso online sobre un producto especifico, una sesión con un técnico de Verimatrix tendrá lugar para completar la formación. Estas sesiones se llevan a cabo con regularidad en las oficinas de Verimatrix por todo el mundo, o también pueden ser programadas para tener lugar en las instalaciones del cliente o la empresa colaboradora.
Al finalizar la formación teórica y practica, con sus respectivos exámenes, se puede obtener una certificación como “Ingeniero Certificado por Verimatrix”.

Course: VMX07‑1001 – VCAS 3 Core
Objectives: This course provides an overview of the core of the VCAS 3 multi‑network platform and the building blocks common to the network specific solutions. It includes an overview of the technologies used in VCAS 3 such as MPEG and other industry standards, Linux OS, Oracle database, encryption components and more. It covers common VCAS 3 platform components, such as the Verimatrix OMI (Operator Management Interface). After successful completion of this course, including the final exam, a student can choose one or more network specific solution courses.
Prerequisites: None.
Course: VMX07‑1101 – VCAS for IPTV & Hybrid
Objectives: This course provides a detailed review of the VCAS for IPTV & Hybrid platform, which addresses the content and revenue security challenges and requirements of IPTV and Hybrid networks. Students will be able to install, configure, operate, troubleshoot and monitor all components of a VCAS for IPTV / Hybrid system. After completion of the theoretical part of the online course, a hands-on session will help establish practical knowledge for everyday use.
Prerequisites: VCAS 3 Core
Target audience: IPTV/Hybrid network operators, network administrators, and network engineers.
Course: VMX07‑1151 – VCAS for DVB
Objectives: This course provides a detailed review of the VCAS for DVB platform, which addresses the content and revenue security challenges and requirements for Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) networks. Students will be able to install, configure, operate, troubleshoot and monitor all components of a VCAS for DVB system. After completion of the theoretical part of the course online, a hands‑on session will help establish practical knowledge for everyday use.
Prerequisites: VCAS 3 Core
Target audience: DVB network operators, network administrators, and network engineers
Course: VMX07‑1121 – VCAS for Internet TV
Objectives: This course provides a detailed and functional understanding of the VCAS for Internet TV platform, which addresses the content and revenue security challenges and requirements of networks implementing the HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) protocol. Students will be able to install, configure, operate, troubleshoot and monitor all components of a VCAS for Internet TV system. After completion of the theoretical part of the course online, a hands‑on session will help establish practical knowledge for everyday use.

Target audience: OTT network operators, network administrators, and network engineers
